Good news! If you have a story with African context, Africa Book Club needs your work. Send your short story for Africa Book Club Short Reads Competition. Submissions are welcomed from writers in Africa and those in diaspora. If you are from other continents but have stories with African context, you are eligible to enter the contest.
Submission guidelines:
Entries should not exceed 3500 words- better if it stays at 1000 words.
Works should be written in English
Works could be either fiction or creative nonfiction.
There is no restriction as to which genre is used.
Several stories can be submitted, but only one story can be submitted per entry.
Only previously unpublished works are accepted.
