Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others the same way we expect others to respect our rights.
Generally, we do not publish any copyrighted files on our server. Published poems, short stories, rants and picstories remain copyright to their authors. However, if you find any copyrighted post or book on our server and you want it to be removed, simply send us an email requesting we remove the post or book. The title of the email should be “Take Down Request”.
While sending “Take Down Request”, be sure to include:
– Valid Email Address
– Identity and proof of the owner
– Links of the copyrighted material you are referring to
We will respond to the take-down request as long as it complies with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and other applicable intellectual property laws.
